Comment:

not sure if this is in the right place

when i use visual J++ or visual C++ to create a console app, the program runs through and terminates.

can i force the dos window to stay til i close it?

in windows 98, it used to stay open with 'press any key to quit' or something

Try putting a "PAUSE" on the end. It works on simple batch files.
