I have just moved to Win 2000, and it is just about the best Windows I have ever used. Anyway, in Win98 and XP there is a tool called msconfig. I cannot run it in Win 2000 for some reason. Is it in there? Is there another way to choose what program starts up when the comp boots like msconfig allows you to choose.

Thanks for all your help everbody. Thanks to all your input, I have stopped all those pesky startup programs, specifically that stuff that Office 97 runs on every boot.
