I'm running MSConfig 4 Win2000Pro. On the Startup tab, I have a number of utilities that normally startup via the Programs/Startup folder. These seem to be replicated in the Startup tab of MSConfig.
The first group's location is "Startup" and the second group's is "Common Startup".

Msconfig is where you configure your operating system. Your not seeing duplicates. You are viewing the original. If you change these setting without knowing what you are doing you may criple your system
