I have someone using MS Outlook 2000 on the front end and MS Exchange 5.5 on Windows NT on the Back End. When this person goes into an email message he goes to File:Print and all the Print Options are grey'd out. He can however just click on the Printer Icon and have the document print. Has anyone else seen this problem before? Does anyone know if there is a registry switch to ungrey these options? Any help would be great.

So what happens if they just open the printer from the Settings menu? Are they able to change the printer setting there? basically, is it a printer issue, or an Outlook issue? Also, make sure you have all the updates installed for Outlook (and I'd reinstall that printer)...

The user is fine in all other windows except when he double clicks the message to open it. If he is looking at the inbox and selects the message and then goes to File:Print he is able to do so. It only happens with the individual message open where when he goes to File:Page Setup*Print Preview*Print are all greyed out. You can see them but you cannot select them. If you click the Print Icon Button you can print it fine. In our environment we have many Network Printers. I don't believe its a Printer Issue...I believe its more on the application or OS Side. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook and still the problem exsists. any thoughts would be great.
