Hello,
I use Windows 2000 Pro and often the mouse pointer jumps several times when I check E-mail, click on any link (on the Internet), click some items in menu in Ms-Word, etc.

I have opened Windows Task Manager and see that sometimes CPU Usage achieves 100% and the mouse at this moment jums several times. By the way I do not have the same problem in Win98 (on the same PC) though I have much more programs installed in Win98 and my Desktop contains lots of icons.
I have CPU 400M and big memory 384Mb and ATI video card with TV tuner.
I have reinstalled Win2000 two month ago and seems (as I remember) I did not have the mouse problem before.
Could somebody HELP to fix that problem?
Do you have any idea?
