hi ppl, hope some one could solve my prob,
i just installed windows 2000 professionl,
an it is working super fast on my pc, but just after 6 hrs of installation, the mouse cursor has dissapeard, an the mouse isnt working, i tried changing the mouse, an then tried on a usb mouse, but nothing works, other than that windows is runnin at an amazing pace an theres no other problem whatsoever.

Try opening device manager (the easiest way without a mouse is to hit the Windows key and go Start-->Run, or get to a command prompt) then type devmgmt.msc [enter]
Then you can uninstall the mouse and when you reboot, Windows should automatically reinstall the drivers for it. Hopefully that'll fix your problem. Good luck...
