having some monitor trouble here. Recently got a computer from work with windows 2000 on it. This baby has 2 video drivers. I plugged an old monitor i had into it, and it displayed 16bit color. Went to the display properties, and find out that 16bit is the max color it will display. I go looking for new drivers, but cant find any for my monitor. IBM doesnt even support my model any more. So i go searching the net for any help i can find. I find a web page that says one way to fix this is to uninstall your drivers and then reboot. Plug and play should find the video card and offer you a list of video drivers to choose from when you restart. "Simply pick the best one", they said. So i uninstalled them both. I rebooted my computer, and was welcomed warmly by the "NO OPERATING SYSTEM FOUND" error. yay. So i've messed around as much as i know how, and i'm admitting defeat. Since i got this thing from work, i dont have a reinstallation CD or Disk. I dont know what to do. please help me. This is the error i get now that i've messed around with it, "1882 PCI/PNP Error! Not enough I/O space available". Please, help.

That's a new one... I think the system was unstable to start with.
