Hi all!
I had a very serious problem with my PCs. Firstly, all shortcuts and programs on menu "Start/Program" are lost. I looked into the "Program Files" folder, they are still there, but when I tried to create another shortcut by right click/send to (Desktop (Create Shortcut)), it's emptied. Then, I restarted, I got a message: Windows couldn't start because of missing file NTOSKRNL.exe. This problem orcus to many pc of my LAN, there are 5-7 pcs down/day. I'm sure there're not any policies aplied before. If anyone know how to solve this problem pls help me! Many thanks!

looks like someone is hacking or so if it happens to 5-7 pc's. ntoskrnl.exe is the service that starts windows so without it you cant work. You need to repair the installation.
"You are sure there arent any policies aplied for it"
-thats for sure you cant applied a policy to remove ntoskrnl.exe you can only script it to delete it. Look at your security policies prolly someone is deleting it from the network.
