I am running Winbdows 2000 and Office 2000. I am missing gapi32.dll or it is corrupt. Can someone send me a copy and verify that it belongs in the C:\WINNT\System32 folder

I am running Windows XP and Office 2000. I ran Norton System Doctor & it seems this missing gapi32.dll is the only problem it found. Can someone send me a copy and a how-to on replacement? Thank you.

Norton WinDoctor found this same issue for me too. I did some browsing and found this: Copy the file gapi32.dll after you find it from an Explorer search to C:WindowsSystem 32. If you can't find gapi32.dll on your hard drive, look for it on your MS Office CD.
This worked for me. Hope it works for you if you haven't already solved this one.

you can find a zipped version of gapi32.dll here: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?gapi32
copy the file into your c:/windows/system32 subdirectory. Hope that helps.
