Microsoft Outlook 2000 not exits

My problem is when i try to exit outlook it hangs on "Please wait while Microsoft Outlook exits".

For the moment, another problem has appeared!

My mouse act like crazy. I am using a wireless mouse/keybord and the model of my mouse is:

Are you using a shiny mousepad? If so, change to a matte one or just put the mouse directly on the desk.
