McAfee 4.5.1 sp1 unloading it self

Anyone had this problem. I've noticed McAfee has unloaded all by it self. This possibly points to the 14 March 2004 update using Engine 4.3.20 and the Virus definitions 4.0.4338 I've seen this on 3 none related systems so far, separate locations! Not good... This isn't the odd disable McAfee gets up to now and then, when the Shield turns blue, this is a complete unload as not running in Task Manager, and of course the Icons both have gone walkabout! Anyone else have this problem, maybe you haven't noticed, you will not get a warning! Can be restarted without a reboot, runs like it never happened!
