Hi,
I installed Win2K Server on my M/C then on the same drive i tried to installed Linux but the CD was not correct it became Hanged on the way of installation i tried it 3 or 4 times but failed , now the machine is not booting up with 2K as well and i have neither bootable CD of 2K nor bootable floppy but i have bootable floppy of 98 so Pls tell me how can i install 2K again and why it happened

Boot up with the Win98 floppy then at the A:\ prompt type: fdisk/mbr

This should restore the windows master boot record and hopefully will allow you to start Windows.
