Mandatory Profiles with Outlook XP

I wanted to set up mandatory profiles on Win 2000 (Professional and TS), but I am having issues with creating Exchange profiles for Outlook XP. I know in the past this use to be done with newprof.exe. Is there an XP version? We also needed to keep the Exchange settings. I.e. Shared calendars etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
