Making everything in Spanish

I work in a factory with some Spanish speaking people and they can't read English very well. So, what I am asking is if their is a way to make Windows appear in full Spanish. I have messed around with the Reginal Settings but without luck. Thanks in advance

Political comments aside.....My guess is you'd have to purchase a Spanish version of Windows.
