make a el torito no emulation cd for w2k

Hello I have a problem to burn a modified W2K CD with the no emulation mode. I don't know how. The problem is that i must include the servicepack 1 for w2k in the original w2k installation. That's Ok. I have don this. But now the files are on the harddisk. How can I make a no emulation el torito cd like the original w2k cd with the files on the harddisk. Thank you Sorry for my bad English. I'm come from Germany.
