LTBUBN12.dll Error

I have a computer with Lotus Organizer loaded on it and have been using Organizer for quite some time (1 1/2yrs). Today, when I tried to open Organizer, I get the following error: Can't Load LTBUBN12.DLL possibly due to one of the following applications associated with this file, insufficient memory, executable file is corrupt, or relocations are not valid. After I click Close, I get the following error: Runtime Error! Program C:\lotus\org6\organize\org6.exe. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing and it does not good...any ideas?
