Hello,

Does anyone know of a way to fix this error:

LSASS.EXE System Error

Security Accounts Manager initialization failed because of the following error: The Security ID structure is invalid. Error status 0xc0000078.

I've looked all over the internet, and have tried my own troubleshooting techniques. Nothing is working. Once I hit the OK button on this error, it automatically reboots. Can anyone help?

Thanks!

If you're running Netware + NT4 then MS Knowledge base has a this relevant morsel:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;Q216035&

It applies ONLY to both lsass.exe &/or usrmgr.exe failures under the above environment.
