Low of Registry Space

We have several PCs within our organisation which are coming up with Low on Registry space. When i check the amount been used, is less than the limit. Is there something which would cause this.

If not does anyone know how to turn the message off?

What is your current Registry size and what is the size limitation set for it?

it is currently set tp 55mb max and 27mb actually been used.
