Hi all, I have win2000 pro, clean install( best way)384mb ram,20gig hdd,only 4.19gig in use,duron800 cpu on a soltek sl 75av board, Iam getting--Warning the amount of free space on drive C is very low. We recomend that you free up more disc space before proceeding-.--
How do I do this?
I have Virtual Memory set at 512min and 512max.
I have Registry file set at 55 while it tells me current use is only 17 MB.
Can someone tell me in plain lingo what it means and does. Thanx stalisab.

Your HDD is full of data. Uninstall any programs you don't need. Get rid of all *.tmp files, cookies, IE History, Netscape Cache.

Delete any old data files that you don't need (ie Documents, spreadsheets, databases, setup files you downloaded from the Internet) etc..
