I lost my lnk file association after a reboot. Drag and drop isn't working, either. I have found a fix but haven't had a chance to try it yet. My immediate concern is what caused this problem. Is it possible that this was not caused by a virus/hijacker but is just a bug of some sort? I have done a virus scan and ran a spy checker with negative results.
