Lost internet connection

I lost my internet connection (LAN).All other PC's around me are fine. Trend detected a couple of viruses. ADW_RULEDOR.C AND ADW_SCANPORTAL.A. I deleted the infected files slmss.exe and ClrSchP038.exe. After deleting this files is when I first notice I lost my connection.
