Logon Problem

I set active directory at my pc that is run by windows server 2000. I create a user name "bari". But when i try to logon as "bari" it shows a message "The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively".

What can i do now. Please tell me

And you're selecting the Domain name to log onto rather than "This computer?"
