I am wanting to have workstations running windows 2000 that will be accessed by multiple users. I don't want to build each possible user on each pc (lots) but I want each user to be able to log into netware.
If you are running on a Netware network, have the users log in using their NW user acct. & just skip the win2k login screen.

The best way to do is if you are using novell let the users login to novell client first. Make the users part of a domain and create user accounts in domain. This is only difficult first time and then after when somebody joins make it a standard procedure to add the user to the domain. While configuring the NT machine make it a part of the domain and then anybody who is a member of the domain can login to any machine and with better security.

easy Install Novell client32 for win2k and create a generic account on win2k or use the guest account. make Novell your primary logon. When Win2k starts, the Novell login will come first and your users will authentify into the NDS using their Novell login name and password. The Netware login script will be processed and your servers and netware directories can be mapped. Win2K will then tell the users to login into windows and then they can use your generic account or guest.
