I have 2 harddisks in my system old one is 4 gb and new one 20 gb.Recently i installed win 2k on second harddisk. My problem is that when i boot from my 20 gb harddisk (configured as secondary master) and 4 gb primary master,it works fine, but when i remove my 4gb harddisk and boot (from secondary 20 gb), it comes to login screen when i provide login password it starts loading personal settings but suddenly screen flickers a bit and it shows saving settings and comes back to login screen.I tried saveral times and tried logging with differnt id but fails. This problem only occurs when i removes my old hd. What is problem. Is it anyway related to paging file? pls advice.

It probably is paging file. Where is the paging file defined to be (because if that location is not available with one disk missing, you will get the behaviour you see)
