i lost my login password for my windows user account i would like so programs or ideas to recover it i do not have access to any admin accounts just a limited account:( please help me

Have the admin logon and assign you a password. Once you logon you can change it.

Give a person a fish, they eat for a day. Suggest they internet search and they learn a skill for a lifetime.

Is this your computer? Are you physically in front of it (i.e. you can boot to floppies, etc.)? If so, just reset it using the Offline NT Password & Registry Editor
