Do you mean from a computer running only DOS? Yes, that's very well possible, as long as you haven't secured your Windows 2000 domain by disabling NTLM authentication. The DOS client must be running Lan Manager for Dos, and be running TCP/IP (or another network protocol like IPX or Netbeui, as long as you have that intalled that on a domain controller).
