Lock desktop on win 2k

Hi, I would like to know how can I lock a win2k desktop so ppl can not change the desktop wallpaper and stuff. But they do have administrator access. Please help me thanks

If they have administrator access, the can do anything, including undoing any changes you make to the Local Security policies, etc.

Remove their user IDs from the Local Admin Group.
