Local and Terminal Server Profile

I connected the users Computers to our domain. But now the users has all Icons that he has on local PC also in Terminal Server Sessions Desktop. I want to use roaming profile but i want keep the old Terminal Server Desktop without any Local Icons who doesn't works. Any Ideas

create a user profile on the terminal server, and map the users profile to that folder.
