how i connect two nic on a different server and activated network load balancing ?

The NICs have to be supported by the manufacturer for Teaming or Pooling configuration.

Intel, Compaq, HP, IBM all have Pooling or teaming etwork Adapter support with suported hardware and Drivers.

So, you have to goto the manufacturers Web site and download the required drivers and then Setup/Install it, then goto to the configuration interface and create a SET, assign the Nics 1,2,3,etc to the SET.

Then configure if you want load balance or fault talerance - by MAC Address or By IP. Good Luck
