i am trying to get my hands on an updated list of ip address that reside on the open relay list, i am running exchange 5.5 and mailsweeper, im tired of all the spam that comes in everyday, i would like to add these ip addresses to the filter. Sorry about not having details before, i was in a rush trying to get out of work:)

Although somewhat cumbersome, the method I use is to add the unwanted mail address as a hidden custom recipient, so I can select it in the "reject messages from" box in my own mailbox properties.
If you consider this valid, it´s an option :)
