I am stumped. I have an IBM PC 365 duel processor pentium pro w/ windows 2000. Multi processor drivers are all installed but my bios is not detecting the second processor. Also have IDed the CPU using www.CPUID.com application CPUZ and it does not detect as well. I was told there is a jumper that must be moved to get it to work. Does anyone know where
I can obtain old motherboard manuals?
i have been scouting the web. In addition how do you determin the chipset and type of motherboard you have?

Did you look at the schmetic on the inside of the case? All IBM's have a motherboard layout with jumper/switch settings inside the case.

Did you install a VRM for the second processor?

Voltage Regulator Module - used in older PC's when voltage settings could not be chosen by jumpers or bios settings.

Your best bet for any help would be to scour IBM website for info
