Join partitions

Hello,
I need to join two partitions together to make one big partition. I don't have partition magic handy...is there any built in Windows program that can do this? Or maybe a free download?

reformat and partition with windows, else you need a program like partition magic

Do this: take the HDD out of ur machine and plug it on with another machine who has Partition magic. And do ur merge.
