I have a SQL Server 2000 database running on a Win 2000 Server. I want to be able to develop database programs with java from either a Win2000Pro or RedHat9 client (the client dual boots to either) to access this database. Do I install the JDBC driver that microsoft provides onto the database server? Or does the JDBC driver get installed on the client computers?
