I've got a big problem with my ISDN Adapter. It is a external ELSA Microlink ISDN Internet on serial Port. I think it is only a configuration problem, but I don't know what it is.
Following Symptoms:
- Internet Explorer doesn't work at all.
- Opera 5 works, but everytime I recieve
data, my connection is getting slower
and slower until it doesnt work at all.
- In Napster I can download files only with
2kb/s, but other Napster users can upload
my files with 10kb/s
- MS Outlook works perfect
