I get an isass.exe missing file error everytime i boot up to windows 2000 advanced server and it just keeps restarting. Please let me know if there is a fix for it or if there is somewhere, someway that i can download the file and place it myself.

I just answered this at a post above. See it and Q240362 at Microsoft. The cause is a Ntds.dit file missing from one of the drives on an AD serever. It will have to be restored.
