ISA Firewall

I am running a Windows 2000 Server with ISA Firewall. This server is only used as a firewall and nothing else. We are an insurance company and do alot of rating with online companies.
One company requires us to download an update every once in a while on one station, then that station copies it out onto the network for everyone else to get. The problem is, we are having trouble getting the update. They are blaming it on the firewall and want us to turn it off, which is not an option. I can disable the firewall but when I do this it denys access to the internet. I am currently having to use a dial up connection which takes forever (about an hour!) They said to add their website onto the firewall as a trusted site and that might work. So here are my questions:
