Recently, I've started downloading a lot with a P2P program called Edonkey 2000. Anyways, about every random 5 minutes or so I get a blue screen while downloading which Says, "IRQ are not less than or equal, begining physical memory dump". It restarts my computer. I need help!

The easiest thing to try first is to press F8 at startup and load the last known configuration. If that doesn't work -

First, stop the system from automatically restarting, so you have time to see the error. Start in safe mode (F8 at startup). Go to control panel -> system -> advanced -> startup and recovery. Make sure "write event to system log" is checked and "automatically reboot" is *not* checked. After you do that, you'll need to hold your power button in for 10 seconds to do a hard reset whenever the errors happen.

When you get the exact error message, follow the steps on this page:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/TechNet/prodtechnol/windows2000serv/reskit/serverop/part4/sopch16.asp

Also check your system event logs in control panel-> administrative tools. Look for any error messages, specifically ones that talk about .dll files and post back.

hmmm, thank you for your help. At first, my IRQs were shared by too many appliances such as my soundcard, video, etc, so I gave the sound card and network card their own IRQ. This improved my situation because earlier i would get the bluescreen every 5 minutes but now I got it in about 3 hours. I did what you suggested and I have included a screenshot of the series of errors which always occurs when the bluescreen occurs. Perhaps it is something to do with that dll file? The screen shot is on the below URL.

The next time I see the blue screen, I will write down the entire message as you suggested.

Hello,
I have the same problem, I used emule software witch is on the edonkey network too, and the same blue screen comes. I think something goes wrong from the edonkey network because I had no problems at all before install this soft. In the worst case, it may some malicious users of edonkey who find a way to overload the memory by the edonkey network. Also, when I connect on this network, my firewall complains about some invalid tcp flag from others computers on varous port.
