CPU/Ram: 256 ddr

is it alright to have the same irq with my video card, built-in sound card, ,acpi, modem, raid and usb controllers. my sound is reaslly poor. i tried everything. bios, installed in different slots. is ther a way to do this. they are all in irq 9.

It's normal for multiple items to have the same IRQ. Windows is fairly decent about managing that sort of stuff...
