Hello , How I Can Connect two IRC server to Work With togethr , I want my IRC User enable to see anything that they type on Special Channel on one IRC Server it is Viewable on another IRC Server for Ex. any Word type on irc.server1.com at #Test1 Enable to View at irc.server2.net at #Test1 Who Can help me ?

First you need an IRC daemon that supports... There's a good one out simply called IRCD 2.95... It will allow you to config it so that you can have to servers relaying back and forth. Just like the 'regular' ircs... In fact if you want to check it out just point a your copy of Mirc to diskman.mine.nu port 6667....
