hi anyone know how to install the ipx protocol or how i can enable it... is it suppose to be included into your computer or i am suppose to download it. if i have to download it, where can i download it? thanks

Yes it is included. Each OS has a slightly different way to install it. But since you're posting in the w2k forum, i assume you have w2k... 1) Goto Control Panel > "Network and Dial-Up Connections" 2) Right-click on your internet connection* and click "Properties" 3) Click the "Install" button 4) select "Protocol" and click "Add" 5) select "NWLink IPX/SPX/NetBIOS...." 6) click OK (and wait a bit for it to install) and you're done!
*=if u have cable/dsl, its probably called "Local Area Connection", if you have dial-up, it may be named differently
