IP of other PCs on the network

Hi,

1. What is the command I can run from my PC (W2K pro / W98SE) to find the IPs of all the other PCs running on the same local area network?

2. Is there any freeware to monitor what web sites are those PCs visiting and may be retrict some sites.

The setup is - All the PCs (Win98SE) on our network connect to internet through a gateway PC (Win2k Pro). The gateway PC is connected to ineternet via ADSL.

Please help me with this information.

You can download an IP scanner utility from the website below. This will show what IP addresses are in use on your LAN and displays hostname, username etc.
