I don't know if this is the answer to your problem but I was having a look on the downcenter for active directory stuff and there was something on there about Iomega zip not working. there was a patch for it. go to www.microsoft.com under download you will see download center the product windows 2000 and operating system set to windows 2000 and u will see what i am on about Cheers
