I am looking for an internet limiting program. I found a couple of programs, like inet protector. But none of these allow user accounts and none keep track of user accounts. Here's what I need the program to do. I need it to have it's own user accounts and when someone wants to use internet they have to login. Then it keeps track of how long that user uses internet. I also need it to block during certain times the internet, like only allow on Sat., most programs do this, what none I have found do is have their internal users and keep track of them.

Any clues?

I've tried. There are two problems with internet cafe software, once they require a server and a client, I don't want a server computer, just one computer, and software running on it. Second most of then don't offer time increments they only allow you to input time ahead of time then use that time up, the user that is.

I need this to be a program run locally on a pc, not client server setup.
