HI, I have my computer setup with internet sharing, is there a way I can cap or control the speed going to the other computer ?

there is no way of controlling the bandwith, if your using a hub then the bandwith is split between all computers, if you use a switch then all computers that are not using the internet will not be using any bandwidth and all the bandwidth will be split between all comptuers that are in need of bandwidth

In this case there is bandwidth limiting software.
