For some time now I've been having delays in accessing all websites, It comes up with the message 'This page cannot be displayed'. It takes a while for this message to come up but pressing the refresh button seems to take me there. Can anyone tell me what i can try to resolve this error as is getting very irritating now when ive got work to be getting on with.

Many thanks

Sometimes you need to reboot your high speed modem, or your combo modem/router, because the internet connection has become poor and won't correct the problem itself automatically. That will re-set the connection on both ends - at your modem, and at the ISP's hardware end.
The simplist way is to briefly remove the power to it, e.g. by removing it's connector from it's power pack, then restore the power, and wait a bit until it's status leds indicate it has a good indication. You may need to reboot your computer after that as well.
If you are connected to the internet wirelessly, that's a whole other ball of wax. If you can connect to the modem or modem/router combo via a network cable instead to at least one computer in your network, your internet connection will be a lot more reliable.
