Internet Explorer locks up

Every time I try to open internet explorer it will lock up there is no spyware or virus on it.

try the IE Repair utility and see if it helps
Also what do you have in your processes running when you try to open IE??
Hit the ctrl/alt/delete buttons together to get your task manager up
