Every time the internet explorer is launched, Afile called CS is created at C:\Document and settings\user\Cookies
This file contains search words and ip address of web sites, and those websites are called and displayed with any action you do with the browser, The question is how to ge rid of such a file, and prevented from getting created

Most probably you have adware on your computer. I had the same problem earlier. Download Lavasoft's ad-aware. It is a neat utility which checks your system for known adware and deletes it. Search for it on Google. You should find it.
