OK< i'm going to make some assumptions here, 1st your using Internet Explorer, 2nd your a home user. 3rd you only are using one account for everyone
if load up internet explorer for your browser, click tools -> internet options -> settings -> view files it'll take you to where cookies are stored, alternatively you can brose to C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files (note USERNAME is whatever YOUR username is to logon or whoever you want to track) if you want to keep those you can use windows backup, located in "Start" -> Program Files -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Backup to backup that directory every night, but if your kids are smart enought to delete them right away that probally will not work and would need 3rd party software to make it so that it copies it somewhere else. ooooor you can intall Norton Internet Security and use the parental control feature wich will lock down your kids significanly. if you read the manual and follow the instructions its easy to use and fairly priced
