Internet Connection Sharing Problems

I installed ICS in Win98SE and it doesn't seem to work right. I have a cable modem and apparently, it does log into my ISP but I still can't go anywhere on the net. I had this problem before but then fixed it by deleting some protocols and rearranging some other protocols in my network properties but I can't remember exactly what I did. It's kinda troubling because I have two network cards (one for home and one for my ISP) Can anyone help me?

What protocols are you running? I would remove all protocols except TCP/IP. That is all you need. If that doesn't do it, uninstall and reinstall TCP/IP on both adapters. Then make sure that the ICS is only selected on the NIC that is connected to the cable modem and that the other computers use a Gateway IP of 192.168.0.1.
