For years, I've had a DSL connection through a standard router. Recently, mulitple apps like Quicken & Norton can no longer detect an internet connection. IE and Outlook continue to work fine. I've checked everything, disabled firewalls, etc. Anyone have any ideas?

I had a similar problem and had to reset the router. Seems there were some cached routes in there that were no longer valid.

Thanks... I reset the router but didn't have any luck. Still have the same problem.
